Anti-Corruption
Enforcement of good standards in business against extortion and bribery by criminal law shall be exception, not rule. It must not dominate the business sector. However, certain regulations can help to protect companies as a whole against illicit behaviour. Preferable are volunteer actions of business companies in their own structures.
